Growing up in North New Jersey Vincent got his start as a chemical engineer in the cement and concrete industry but realized his personality worked better in sales. Seven years later he started his own company.

Vincent and his wife have three girls, which also means having next to no spare time. When he does find alone time he goes golfing, to the beach, to the city, and to the movies.

Adam grew up just south of Atlanta in Lagrange, GA.  In 2003 he graduated Lagrange high school and went on to further his education at Georgia Tech.  In 2009 Adam graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.

Upon graduation, Adam went to work as a construction material sales rep for Georgia Masonry Supply, an Oldcastle company.  Adam was responsible for estimating retaining wall projects and design consultation for hardscape products, primarily permeable pavers.  Adam left GMS in 2012 and went to work at Retaining Walls Company where he learned the construction side of the hardscape business.  Now, at Fortress Walls and Hardscapes, Adam runs the hardscape division and focuses daily on sales and project implementation.
